2018 Straight Transfers - Work has begun on Tax Year 2018 transfers and identifying splits.
2018 Split Transfers - Parcel numbers are now being assigned to splits in various districts.

As a result of continued growth and development in Monongalia County, deeds for parcels split or
affected by splits for the 2018 Tax Year will be assigned parcel numbers first.
2014–2016 Splits will be available after our office transitions to our new Geographic Information System (GIS).
2013 Tax Year Maps remain linked to our Online & In-House Databases for archival purposes for the time being.
